Eight full-size working vignettes — more than any other KUB location. Open a Blum drawer, run your hand over a slab of Caesarstone, compare a shaker door against a slim-handle Polytec. Material samples for every door range, benchtop, splashback and handle we offer.
Because Bayswater is also our manufacturing base, you can usually catch a glimpse of the cabinet-making floor on a tour — the same Australian-built carcasses that go into every KUB kitchen across VIC and QLD. It’s the most useful place to come if you’re still picking finishes or want to see how the operation actually works.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed to walk in and browse the eight vignettes during opening hours. For a free design consultation with a designer (around 45 minutes), book ahead so we can pair you with the right person — especially on a Saturday when the showroom gets busy.
Can I see the cabinet-making floor?
Yes — because head office and the manufacturing operation share the Bayswater site, we can usually walk you through on weekdays. It’s the only KUB location where you can see how a custom cabinet actually gets built. Mention it when you book and we’ll set it up.
Is there parking on site?
Yes — on-site parking right out the front of 403 Dorset Rd, plus easy street parking along Dorset Rd and the surrounding industrial estate. Tradies in utes welcome.
What should I bring to a design consultation?
Whatever you’ve got. A rough sketch, a builder’s plan, photos of the existing kitchen, a Pinterest board, or just an idea of how you want to use the new space. Measurements help if you’re close to a decision, but they’re not essential for a first visit.
What areas do you service from Bayswater?
Bayswater is our eastern Melbourne hub. We deliver and install across Knox, Maroondah, the Yarra Ranges, the Dandenong foothills and surrounding suburbs — Boronia, Wantirna, Ringwood, Croydon, Heathmont, Mitcham, Lilydale and beyond. Most projects run six to ten weeks from quote to handover.
Is the showroom accessible?
Yes — the Bayswater showroom is wheelchair accessible with step-free entry from the on-site car park. Let us know in advance if there’s anything specific we can prepare for your visit.
